To walk with a lady, know that you don't have to behave as if you came from the last century. It is possible to increase your femininity through small adjustments in the way you carry yourself. Whenever you go out, for example, think about your posture and walk with your shoulders back and your spine very straight. Also, take long strides and avoid looking down, projecting confidence. Come on?
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Maintaining Good Posture

Step 1. Imagine that a rope runs through your body from spine to head
Close your eyes and stand straight. Following from the base of the spine, pretend there is a cut across your back, reaching the top of your head. Like a puppet, imagine that someone is pulling the string and forcing your posture to be straight.
Whenever you are adjusting your posture, start with this exercise

Step 2. Lower your shoulders and bring them back relaxed
Pull your arms back, pulling your shoulders apart. If you tend to curl up naturally, get used to pulling your shoulders back, making them very straight. Still, don't lift your shoulders or bring them close to your neck; the idea is to leave them relaxed, with the neck and collarbones visible.
Imagine that a tape measure goes from one shoulder to the other. In this scenario, the ideal is for the tape to be perfectly straight, measuring the distance

Step 3. Shrink your belly for balance
Take a deep breath, pulling your belly in as you inhale. As you exhale, keep your belly contracted and inward. There's no need to cause discomfort, but don't let the belly get "dropped". When you make no effort to control your abdomen, you end up looking bigger than you are.
Get used to putting your belly in whenever you're standing for an extended period of time

Step 4. Spread your feet and bend your knees
It's not a good idea to keep your legs straight and close together when walking. As feminine as straight legs may look, they will make your posture shaky as you will lock your knees. Instead, plant your feet shoulder-width apart and walk with your knees slightly bent.
The chances of fainting are greater when the knees are locked, as the blood in the lower limbs doesn't end up returning to the heart as quickly

Step 5. Balance your weight so you don't look shaky
Shift your weight forward, balancing more on your toes than your heels. That way, it will be easier to keep the balance. Also, it is easier to walk forward if your body weight is already in that direction.
Whenever you stop walking for long periods, try shifting your body weight from one foot to the other or from your toes to your heels

Step 6. Let your arms swing with your body to maintain balance
Don't worry about putting together an elaborate pose for the arms. It's easier and better to keep them relaxed beside the body. No more making them feel cramped or uncomfortable when walking, as this is less feminine.
Do not bend your arms at very sharp angles or swing them close to your chest when walking, as this is not seen as a very feminine position either
Method 2 of 2: Projecting Trust

Step 1. Take very long strides when walking
The idea is to look relaxed and free as you walk from point A to point B. When we take short, stiff steps, we look nervous and less feminine. Keep your steps balanced and steady so that you don't get in the way when you walk.
Don't take too big steps. The idea is to have a foot's distance between your feet

Step 2. Keep a slow, steady pace as you walk to look more seductive
You don't have to run mad to get where you want to go. Slower walking projects confidence and makes you look more feminine. If you want your moves to be even more seductive, give your hips a sway.
Mimic the classic walk of runway models by placing one foot directly in front of the other. This will make it easier for you to swing your hips

Step 3. Don't look at your feet when walking
Keep your head up and look straight ahead whenever you walk. As much as you don't need to focus in one direction every time, avoid looking down. If you keep looking at your own legs, you'll look shy, not confident.
Whenever you look at someone and say hello, do your best to maintain eye contact with them

Step 4. Avoid the temptation to be restless when walking
Many women fiddle with their hair, shake their wrists and snap their fingers as they walk, but these actions make them look less feminine. When walking, avoid bad habits and keep your hands and fingers relaxed.

Step 5. Choose pumps or heels whenever you go out and want the most feminine look possible
Any walk is more feminine with the use of pumps and high heels. Before spending too much time with such shoes, practice at home. Don't leave the house in heels until you're completely comfortable doing it.
