Want to be noticed and admired for your breathtaking appearance? Here's the way to make the most of what you have to offer.
Steps

Step 1. Do your daily care
Taking the time to take care of yourself ensures that you do it right, and, best of all, it helps you see yourself as a priority. Here is the basic walkthrough:
- Wash your face twice a day. Even if you're super exhausted at night, at least try to take off your makeup and use a moisturizer.
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day. If you want to put in extra effort, you can even brush after every meal you eat. Try flossing every night too.
- Take a shower at least once a day. This doesn't mean you should wash your hair every day (and sometimes you shouldn't – read on), but your body should be cleansed daily.
- Take care of your nails. The nails must be trimmed at least once a week, and if you want, you can even paint them or go for a manicure and pedicure.
- Remove unnecessary hair regularly. Doing your eyebrows, shaving your legs and armpits, and getting rid of other hair need not be part of your routine. If it is, however, try to do it with consistent regularity.
- Make sure you have clean clothes. Clean clothes will look better and make you more attractive.

Step 2. Maintain healthy hair
Trim the ends every 6-8 weeks, and retouch the color around the same time. Here are other ways to improve your hair:
- Choose a cut that suits your face. The way you wear your hair can bring out different parts of your face, so choose a style that brings out what you like. For example, if you have high cheekbones and a wide jaw, wearing your hair back will make them very prominent, while leaving your hair loose in layers will make a round face look longer.
- Don't wash your hair every day. Unless you have baby-good hair that is fine and weighs easily, consider washing your hair every other day. On the day you don't wash, use a brush to spread the natural oils through your hair – this will leave it shiny and lush.
- Avoid styling your hair too much. For a day or two a week, give your hair a break from blow dryers, flat irons, etc. Heat can damage your hair and make it look fragile.

Step 3. Make your face look fantastic
Even if your hair and clothes are okay, the way you take care of your face can take you from "beautiful" to "extremely beautiful." Here are ways to get the most out of your features, with or without makeup:
- Have a glowing skin. In addition to washing and moisturizing twice a day, avoid pimples by keeping your hands away from your face and sleeping on clean pillowcases. Treat the pimples you have using salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Or, for a quick overnight treatment, crush some aspirin (flat white ones), mix it with a little water, apply the "paste" to your pimples and let it act while you sleep.
- Shape your eyebrows. Start by taking a little, see how it looks, and remove more if necessary. To lessen the pain, avoid doing your eyebrows during the week before your cycle. Alternatively, you can hold ice cubes to your skin for a minute before starting.
- Wear makeup that looks good on your face. Look for some tutorials here on wikiHow or visit a department store for a consultation. (Most makeup counters will apply makeup to you and teach you techniques for free, but asking doesn't hurt).
- Follow the "eyes-or-lips" rule. If you wear makeup, focus on your eyes or your lips – not both. If you have full lips and you wear red lipstick to make them look amazing, don't use eyeliner and eyeshadow, just apply a coat of mascara. If you want to make your eyes stand out, lighten up with your lips, using a light colored lipstick or lip gloss.
- Be yourself! Don't try to be someone you're not. A boy or girl must like you the way you are. Just keep good hygiene and everything will be fine.

Step 4. Wear what looks good on you
What suits one girl may not suit another, and vice versa. The good news: figuring out what looks good on you is easier than you think. Try these tips:
- Decide whether you should use warm or cool tones. Wearing the right color can make your skin glow, while the wrong color can make your skin look lifeless. The best way to do this is to look at the inside of your wrist under a strong light – do your veins look blue or green? If they're green, use warm colors; if they're blue, you're probably better off with cool colors.
- Warm colors include deep yellow, reds and greens with a yellow background, browns, golds, creams, and any color with a yellow or orange tint.
- Cool colors are made up of "jewel tones" such as purples, blues and dark greens, black, white and cool pastel colors with blue hues.
- Take a look at what's in your closet. Chances are your choices are already focused on colors that look good on you - and it's good to keep using these pieces.
- Make sure your clothes fit. They must fit properly, without getting loose or too tight. If a lot of your clothes are bigger than you'd like, send them to a couturier to be tightened - individual pieces shouldn't cost much.

Step 5. Work out
Regular exercise will not only make your physical appearance better, it will also increase your confidence and your endorphins. Try to set aside at least 30 minutes for exercise 3-4 times a week, or start a sport like [[[Play Tennis|tennis]]. Try these articles:

Step 6. Get enough sleep
Sleeping little can leave you with red eyes, dark circles and a poor physical presence. Studies show that too little sleep can lead to weight gain and a weakened immune system.
