Just created your Sims in The Sims 4 and something doesn't feel right? Maybe you were inspiring the Sim in someone and some details didn't turn out as expected or some of your Sim's personality traits got too annoying. Unfortunately, when you confirm Create-a-Sim (CAS), it will no longer allow editing of personality or facial traits. However, there is a cheat that you can activate to be able to edit your Sims after creating them. This wikiHow article shows you how to use Full Edit Mode in The Sims 4.
Steps
Step 1. Load a Sims 4 game
Click the Sims 4 icon on your desktop, Start menu or Applications folder. Then click on Load Game on the title screen. Click on the game you want to load and on the Play triangle in the lower right corner.
Step 2. Press Ctrl+⇧ Shift+C
This brings up the command console in the upper left corner of the screen.
Step 3. Type cas.fulleditmode and press ↵ Enter
This enables Full Edit Mode in Create-a-Sim (CAS).
Step 4. Click on the "Manage Families" icon
It is the icon that has a drawing of two people with a pencil in the upper right corner. This displays a list of Sims families in your game.
Step 5. Click on the family of the Sim you want to edit
This displays the details of the house.
Step 6. Click on the Pencil icon
It is in the lower right corner of the family details window. This opens CAS.
Step 7. Click on the Sim you want to edit
Click on the Sims image at the bottom of the screen to bring up the desired Sim.
