Take a small bowl and add 1 teaspoon fish seasoning, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, and ¼ teaspoon paprika.

Step 3. Spread the fillets in the condiments and wheat flour

Spread the seasoning mixture on both sides of the fish and press them down lightly using your hands to make them stick together. Then put ½ cup of flour in a shallow dish and bread the fillets. Turn them over so that both sides are lightly covered.

Step 5. Turn the fillets over and fry them for another five minutes

Use a spatula to carefully flip them over. Let the fish fry for another five minutes without stirring until it finishes cooking.

Step 5. Close the grill and grill the grouper for six to eight minutes, turning the fillets once

Place the skillet on the grill and close the grill. Carefully turn the fillets halfway through the preparation time. If the fish loses its seasoning, brush it again. Continue grilling the grouper until it starts to melt and turns a dull color.
