Method 1 of 2: Converting to ISO on Windows

Step 1. Access https://www.crystalidea.com/anytoiso/download in an internet browser
AnyToISO is a reliable and well-recommended program that offers NRG to ISO file conversion. The lite version will work on files equal to or smaller than a normal CD, ie 870 MB.

Step 2. Click Download for Windows
You will see this option on the right side of the browser.

Step 3. Double-click the.exe file
You will see it at the bottom of your browser or in the “Downloads” folder.

Step 5. Open AnyToISO

It can usually be found in the “Devices and Drives” section of “This PC”.
Method 2 of 2: Converting to ISO on macOS
